Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer. The mass should rest for approx. 30 minutes, add a little more milk if necessary, then fry the roast in coconut oil. Pour the mass into the pan, as for an omelette, then tear it and bake on both sides. The mass should not be too thick because it can become sticky. It is better to bake several times a smaller amount. To make the roast even sweeter, you can sweeten it with coconut sugar.
