  • 150g buckwheat porridge from flour
  • 1 medium-sized pumpkin
  • Salt and spices (parsley, basil, )

Preparation

Soak the buckwheat porridge in water for 120 minutes, then drain it. Grate the pumpkin. Add the minced meat and mix everything well (knead). Make halves and fry in oil. Preparation time 20 minutes
