150g fresh chickpea flour
baking oil or ghee butter
Finely grate the potatoes and one small courgette. Cut the peppers into smaller pieces, mix together and salt, pepper to taste. Then gradually add the chickpea flour so that you get a moist mixture that sticks together. Form thinner halves and bake them in ghee butter. The halves do not fall apart and taste really good.
