Preparation
Soak the chickpeas for 24 hours. Cook the chickpeas in salted water for approx. 45 minutes. When it is cooked, drain it and dry it. Season with salt, add turmeric, red pepper and a teaspoon of coconut oil. Place it on baking paper and bake in the oven at medium heat for 20-25 minutes at 200 ° C to make it crispy. Stir it a few times in between. Once baked, wait for it to cool, then serve.
